Complaints Policy: If you find you are unhappy with the event you attended, please contact us at info@spectrumscreenevents.co.uk with details of the event and the complaint. Upon receipt of the e-mail , we will fully investigate it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund. If you are entitled refund, we will refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
