The event will always go ahead, even in bad weather. Check the weather in advance and be prepared. Events will only be cancelled if the weather conditions present a danger at the screening time. Patrons accept the risk that weather they consider unsatisfactory may occur on the night, and tickets will not be exchanged or refunded unless the screening or event is cancelled by Spectrum Screen Events. Please see our refund policy below.

At the time of purchase you would have been sent a ticket confirmation, this can end up in SPAM. This is your ticket, please print or save to a device you are bringing with you. For some events we sell gift presentations that come with paper tickets, these are dispatched within 2 working days of purchase and posted second class. Please see our delivery policy below.

You can bring picnics with you to some of our outside venues, when booking it will specify on the ticket if the venue allows food to be brought onto the premises. However due to the nature of our venues glass bottles are not permitted. We always have food & drink stalls at our events, should you wish to purchase anything during the event.

Indoor events, no food or drink  is allowed to be brought into the venue.

Yes bring a chair or blanket to outdoor venues.

Indoor events, seating is provided.

Drive-In events you are not permitted to watch the screening outside of your vehicle for safety reasons.

No dogs are not permitted at our events out of respect to other audience members.

Yes, all of our events have toilet facilities. If you require disabled toilet facilities then please inform us prior to the event.

Children are permitted, but be aware that we must adhere to the certification of the film and we may have to check to ensure audience members are of a suitable age. Please ensure you have documentation with you if you or your child appear younger that the film certification.

Most sites are accessible with a wheelchair, but if you contact us in advance of the screening we can ensure a site visit is carried out. 

Outdoor & Indoor events and cinema, if the event is not sold out then tickets will be available to purchase on the door.

Drive in you can only purchase in advance, so no option is available to buy on the door.

Indoor & Outdoor events and cinema, it is advised that you arrive with the people that you want to sit with or to arrange for each other to hold your seats, the seating or areas are allocated on a first come, first served basis, unless you have special requirements. If this is the case please contact us and we will work on ensuring the event delivers what you need. 

We have a strict behaviour policy for all people that encounter us, we must behave respectfully towards all people at all times and that respect is expected in return, we reserve the right to evict anyone whom doesn’t behave in that manner or is putting any health and safety at risk.
